No. An estimate only plans the item. Stock changes when usage is confirmed or the job is completed, and optional reservations remain under the owner’s control.
What if I used a different quantity than the estimate? +
You can edit the actual quantity, return unused materials and keep the completed job’s historical cost accurate.
Will low stock stop me completing a job? +
No. A visible warning can allow a negative quantity so imperfect record keeping never blocks the work.
